Hourglass Counseling Intern
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, unsure of your next step, or disconnected from the life you want to live, you’re not alone. I work with older teens and adults as they move through challenges like anxiety, trauma, and the complexities of neurodivergence, helping them reconnect with their personal values and discover new ways forward. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to listen deeply, offer perspective, and collaborate with you in a space that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment-based approaches, feminist theory, and mindfulness practices, I work alongside you to ease emotional burdens, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
