LINDSAY DIEDERICH, MA, PLPC
I help children, teens, adults, and couples navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, connection, and self-compassion. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family or relationship issues, trauma, or grief, know that you don’t have to face it alone.
Whether you are seeking help for your individual needs or with your relationships, my goal is to support you in building a life that feels fulfilling and aligns with who you truly are. Each person holds an innate ability to heal. I aim to create a space where you can connect deeply with yourself through openness, curiosity, and compassion. A space that allows you to access your inner strength to heal parts of yourself that may be protective or wounded from past experiences. With couples, my focus is on helping you restore trust, heal disconnection, and create understanding and shared meaning in your relationships. Together, we’ll explore the present challenges and the deeper patterns and histories that may be influencing them.
My approach to counseling is collaborative, where you take the lead, and the focus is on you as a whole, complex human being. I tailor my approach to fit each client’s unique needs, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method. I thoughtfully integrate play therapy strategies for younger clients to support emotional expression and healing in creative, developmentally appropriate ways.
