Hourglass Therapist

To anyone who may be struggling but are willing to give therapy a chance: I'm glad you're here. I'm glad you're here taking strides towards helping yourself find peace, pursue growth, and gain support while working through challenges life may have thrown at you. Every person deserves to feel whole, safe, and heard while they are on their journey. In both my professional and personal experience, therapy is a profound process that can help guide people to find these things within themselves. Therapy offers help in a lot of ways, but I believe that a meaningful therapeutic relationship is the most impactful. It is my goal to create a warm, accepting, and supportive environment for all of my clients. I have experience working with people from all different walks of life and at different stages of life. I have had invaluable experiences working with adults and teens using EMDR and talk therapy based in CBT, mindfulness, person-centered treatment, and trauma-informed care. I have spent the last 3 years working closely with those who identify in the LGBTQ community, people going through grief and loss, anyone adjusting to new life circumstances, and those that are challenged by depression, anxiety, or shame. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you if you decide I could be a good fit!
