As a lifelong Kansas City resident, I'm passionate about supporting individuals and families in the community that I love.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Kansas. I have over 10 years of experience working with youth, teens/adolescents, young adults and families through some of life's most challenging seasons. I've had the opportunity to work alongside people navigating trauma, crisis, anxiety, phases of life change, homelessness, LGBTQIA+ identity, systemic barriers, experience with abuse or neglect and familial, social and romantic relationships.
I'm trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Motivational Interviewing. My largest clinical passion lies in my Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) certification.
My goal is to give strength and empowerment to those whose voices are often overlooked, minimized or dismissed. I hope to meet you where you are as I strive to create fair and equitable session space for healthier communication, stronger relationships and greater confidence leading to your overall positive well-being and lifelong growth.
