Hourglass Therapist

I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and curiosity, creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel understood and supported. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I view therapy as a collaborative process tailored to your needs, goals, and pace.

I primarily work with teenagers and young adults, helping them navigate anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, low self-esteem, and challenges with understanding and regulating their emotions. I support clients who are struggling with overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-doubt. I also help clients explore relationship and attachment patterns while developing skills to set boundaries without guilt, express their needs, and confidently navigate conflict. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a space where every client feels seen, respected, and accepted.

My approach integrates person-centered therapy, mindfulness, somatic and body-based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Together, we’ll work toward feeling more grounded and calm, while building confidence, self-awareness, and resilience.
