I understand how challenging it can be to cope with the effects of difficult experiences, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, guilt, shame, and relationship difficulties. If there is a specific area in your life that you would like to improve, or if you haven't been feeling like yourself, I'd love to explore ways for you to find peace and confidence. My approach to therapy is warm and down-to-earth; I strive to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, mutual respect, and humor when appropriate. Together, we can explore your experiences, develop coping strategies, and work towards a more fulfilling life. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, DBT, and art therapy, to help my clients process their experiences in a way that is gentle, and effective. I work collaboratively with clients to create a personalized treatment plan that fits their unique goals and give the information needed to make informed decisions about their own treatment. My perspective is that you are the expert of your own life and you have the capacity to heal. My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing space for you to feel comfortable exploring your emotions and experiences. I am committed to providing my clients with the support and resources they need to move forward, find peace, and feel confident in who they are.
