In my practice, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are. I believe that real healing begins with a genuine connection, and I work to build trust and understanding in every therapeutic relationship. I support adults (18+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, burnout, and self-doubt. Whether you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself, set healthier boundaries, and move toward a more balanced and grounded life. I also offer couples therapy using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps partners build a secure emotional bond and communicate with honesty and care. When that sense of safety is in place, it becomes easier to work through conflict and face challenges together. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable—but you don’t have to wait for things to get “bad enough” to seek help. Let’s see if we’re a good fit.
