Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I believe it’s important to move at a pace that feels right for you. I work from a person-centered approach and strive to create a space that is open, compassionate, and free of judgment—a place where you can speak honestly and feel genuinely understood. My therapeutic style is curious and collaborative, and I view therapy as a shared process rather than something being done to you.
I support teens through older adults in managing overwhelming emotions, coping with stress, navigating life transitions, and identifying patterns or behaviors that may no longer be serving them. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening emotional regulation, and creating meaningful, realistic changes. Therapy with me is about empowerment—helping you reconnect with your strengths and move toward a life that feels more aligned, balanced, and intentional.
