I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself—without judgment, pressure, or the sense that you have to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re going through, and feel genuinely supported in the process.
My approach is grounded in an existential perspective, meaning I’m interested not only in reducing symptoms, but in helping you explore what gives your life meaning, what matters most to you, and how you want to move forward. I integrate evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Together, we can work on building practical skills while also gaining deeper insight into patterns, emotions, and experiences.
I often work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, as well as those who feel stuck or disconnected. Therapy with me is collaborative—I’m here to support you, challenge you when it’s helpful, and walk alongside you as you move toward a life that feels more aligned and meaningful.
Outside of therapy, you may find me playing soccer, watching movies, or traveling the world. “
